When NBCUniversal acquired Craftsy, they hired me to help rethink the writing style for a new audience. We started this work by diving into legacy data and new customer personas, playing around with the product, and presenting sample campaigns to leadership. The new voice was creative and modern, celebrating the intrinsic reward of crafting.
